Tarbell, Realtors is pleased to announce that agent Melissa Fazli has resumed her real estate career after taking time off to further her education.  Melissa was an award-winning agent with family-owned Tarbell from 2004 to 2009, earning honors as a Diamond Circle member of Tarbell’s exclusive Circle of Excellence sales club.

Now, with degrees in Humanities and Social and Behavioral Sciences, and a BA in Communications from CSU Fullerton, Melissa has returned to the Tarbell office in Anaheim Hills.  “Coming back to Tarbell was not a hard decision,” she says.  “This company shares my philosophy when it comes to ethics, hard work, and loving life.”

Melissa serves Orange County, with an emphasis on the Serrano Heights community in Orange Hills and Vista del Verde in Yorba Linda.  She is a Preferred Properties specialist, working with the Tarbell division dedicated to luxury homes and estates.  She says, “I am the founder of the ‘Million Dollar Home Tour,’ where I take qualified buyers in a limousine to view properties and then to lunch.”  Melissa is a marketing expert, bringing an imaginative touch to each property she represents.  “I love marketing and those who know me can tell you that I am very creative.”

Her slogan, “Your Guide in an Ocean of Opportunity,” reflects her desire to help clients navigate all the options available in home ownership and real estate investment in order to achieve their goals.  “Negotiating the best deal for my clients excites me the most,” Melissa says. “My clients’ happiness is my main concern.  They become part of my family and family always comes first to me.”

Melissa lives in Yorba Linda with her husband and their three boys.  She supports the American Red Cross Orange County, Habitat for Humanity, and the Eli Home in Anaheim.  Her hobbies are videography, photography, and writing.  She has produced videos for the internet, winning an award for commentary for her video about the closure of Borders bookstores, “Ode to Borders,” and has been a contributor to CNN as an advocate for homeowners in foreclosure through no fault of their own.
